I thought that was all off shore? Anywho I think there is a better place for that post BMD like search for job boards in google or http://www.mcadcentral.com/jobs/default.asp

I think the big problem is the boss might walk up behind one of us on here and if he sees we are looking at jobs he will not let us use this resource. As a manager myself I know I hate seeing my people looking at jobs.
