Hi,

I am a new user of 3DEXPERIENCE, like most of my collegues here. We are using the cloud based version of the software. I have several quastions about the software:
1) how do you manage parts revisions and maturity status?
2) Do you create a new collaborative design space for every project?
3) I saw that we can create folders in "classify and reuse" app but i couldn't add any part in the folders. Is there a way to do so?
Also I would be really grateful if you can suggest me any useful tutorials for the apps "Classify and reuse" and "Folders". The help of the software is very poor in details.

Hi

1. Every company has their own policy about managing revisions and maturity.
2. I would create new space for each project due to security reasons and permissions for different users.
3. More information (also about point 1) can be found on Companion (ask your VAR about this).
