3D solid rigid body

Hello

I am trying to create a solid 3D rigid body (discrete) in ABAQUS but ABAQUS does not allow me to instance it. Can anybody help with this problem.

If you've created a part then you should be able to make an 'instance' of it. What is the message it gives?
