Hello,

Mathcad 13 and 14 both give me blank 3d plots.
I try:
y(x,t)=x^2 + t^2
and insert a surface plot. Then I place "y" in the placemarker. No error, but just a blank plotting area.
2d plots work fine.

I read something about disabling hardware acceleration, but my graphics card doesnt support that...

Anyone with a solution?

Thanks in advance,
Olezgus

I Haven't come across this in 13, but in 14 I have seen it. Try this: double click on the plot and under "General" remove the check mark on "Show Border".

Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem..

Strange coincidence...

I had the same problem so I thought I would look here. The top post answers my problem.

I did what was suggested and removing the border worked for me...

cheers

That is indeed one of the places where they say 'turn off hardware acceleration'. But my videocard doesn't let me (button is disabled)

My pc runs windows vista 64 bit and latest updates for my HD3750 videocard.
