3D Piping software for Autocad

I need to start the long overdue process of switching to 3D piping design. I do primarily water and wastewater projects so use a lot of large diameter pipe. Any thoughts on which packages are most capable. I'm looking at the higher end packages that can do automatic section cuts, bill of materials etc..
