3D pdf from SW2007 Missing Annotations

The subject pretty much sums it up. I save assembly files which I have added dimensions and annotations to as 3D pdf. When I open the pdf, there are no dimensions or annotations present.

Additionally, eDrawings does display all annotations/dims. I am using Adobe Reader 9 to open these and have not found any options to enable viewing dims.

What could be my problem?

I don't believe that 3D PDF supports the annotations that you can put in 3D models. Since E-drawings is a native SW viewer it can see the parts of the file like that which don't necessarily have an analogous component in a viewer like PDF reader.
