3D mechanical software to model the storage tanks (Fix roof and\or internal floating roof)

Dear All,

Is there any 3D mechanical software to model the storage tanks (Fix roof and\or internal floating roof) not for design but also only for modeling and remove any clashes such as roof nozzles with roof structure and make more sense between all stakeholders which are not so professional.
