Sure it is possible. I am not sure why you would do this, but if you export the drawing format as a dxf and then import it into a part file as curves it might come in as 3D curves . . . The hide the body or hide the curves tosee what you want.
Snowcrash: The operative phrase was "associative drawing". By this, I mean a drawing that updates live with changes to the solid model. ATFD, bitte!
Another possibility is to import a TIFF (*.tif) image of the print to the part. You would still need to make a separate drawing to generate the TIFF.
Another option would be to include a note within the model with a hyperlink to the drawing file. Of course, this is one more "live" item that needs to be kept updated.
Pachem, I assume all of these contortions are due to a lack of a PDM system where you are. Gravity is a harsh mistress.
