3-Way Solenoid Vacuum valve - 1"-1.5" OD - CANT FIND

I am trying to find a HV or UHV (vacuum)3-way solenoid valve a 1" to 1.5" Dia. Preferably with a quick clamp connect (KF fittings). I’m beginning to think that these are almost non-existent. If someone knows about this product please let me know, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
