hello,
I would like to know the type of constraints for three point bending tests. Is it constrained in all directions in both ends with load applied centrally? or partially constrained at the end?.

In 2D, designate Ux along the axis of the beam and Uy as being perpendicular to this (and in the plane of the beam). Traditionally a three point bend test consists of a simply supported structure ([Ux,Uy] at one end and [Uy] at the opposite end) while displaced/loaded vertically (Uy/Fy etc.) at the centre.
