2D in Dwg mode parametric

Hi friends, can we controle a 2D sketch in Drawing Mode as like as parametric. After sketching layout in Drawing Mode I need to give Dims., and I want to MODIFY the Dims. It's like Pro/Sketch.

but if u know the dim value then try to sketch with dim using tools options like offset, trim, rescale etc.
