2008 CE Plant Cost Index

We expect the 2008 index to be published in the April edition. Our copy has not arrived yet. The March 2009 edition shows the Dec 2008 index at 548.4 . That may be preliminary, I do not have the data in front of me. The Dec 2007 index was 525.0 . The final 2007 index was 525.4 so I suppose the 2008 index will be close to 548.

The estimate was a bit off. The 2008 CEPCI index was 575.4 .
