I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any "off the shelf" 200VDC (and pulsating DC) solid state relays that could be purchased which can handle up to 10 amps. I can only find AC SSRs in this range.
If not would there be a schematic available showing how to use something like an IRF640 MOSFET to act like a DC relay especially if it could use a separate low voltage applied to the gate (from an IC) to control up to 200VDC and pulsating DC.
Thanks.
