-20¦C Environment freezer

I am replacing condensing and evaporator units for an existing -20°C freezer. It is >20 years old.
We are not changing any of the walls/structure.
Does anyone know what the procedure is to calculate the cooling load for an application like this?
 
If it hasn't fallen off, read the face plate.
