1969 Westinghouse paper called "Memorandum on Thermal Current Characteristics of Current Transf 1

Does anyone have a copy of the paper "Memorandum on Thermal Current Characteristics of Current Transformers Used with Power Circuit Breakers and Power Transformers", written about 1969 by Westinghouse (the company, not the man)?

We have this referenced in several old papers, but have not been able to find the paper itself.

Yea, I'm old but not that old.
