Hi,
I am having trouble getting the data file exactly right. I am using 2 x omron X1 encoders. There specs can be found here.
All I need the encoder to do is measure travel of an object. I dont need any outputs or anything like that. I just need to be able to use SCP to convert pulse count into mm. I need to be able to reset the count via a home/reset limit switch.
Can someone help to get this datafile correctly configured. I can get it working partially but not 100%. Thankyou.
** The encoder will do a maximum of 100 revolutions @ 1000ppr throught its 1.2m travel
