Hello! I need an advice. I am an mechanical engineer, 32 years old. I am focused on oil and gas skids/packages/modular station using ASME/DIN/GOST/EN. Have subsea experience - gathering manifold/cluster manifold. Piping and structures are my favourite parts. I have cv page and linkedIn acc. Use Autocad/Inventor/Kompas. Coding apps for CAD (but not proffesionaly) and have already got an award (Russia based Org.). And one more thing - I live in Russia.
So the main question is I want to try my skill in foreign country because here I have reached a top in my way. I like what I do but I don't how to deal with "western" HR/companies. May be I need to graduate? I am looking for small/middle sized facilietes in Saudi/Emirates which do "my things" (piping/str/skids) but have not had success yet. I chose these countrieis because I think it could be a nice start. Dream about EU/USA generaly.
Can I claim to be spoted with that experience? What I need to do to increase my chances to get job?
UPD I graduated from USPTU ("Petroleum University"). I got "specialist" degree - it's between bachelor and master.
