1/2" ASTM A333 Gr 6 Material Certificate but no impact test result

Material Certificate for ASTM A333 Gr 6 1/2 doesn't show impact test result. I found it also on ASTM A350 LF2 Cl1 with the same dimensions. When I analyse the ASTM specification no indications to exempt from impact test. Any reasons ?

If this is 1/2" OD pipe, wall thickness < 0.120" do not require impact tests. If the thickness is 1/2" the MTR does not comply with 14.1 of A-333 and you should reject the pipe.
