I believe the mold process is too hot to use the same material as the bottle. The device has a small battery that is temperature sensitive. In general I'd like to avoid a cavity type approach to eliminate the chance for leakage.

I need to coat or mold a small (2cm x 3cm x 0.5cm) electronics device (chips and coin cell battery) that will be placed into a drinking bottle. The liquids will be normal drinks (no alcohol). Does anyone have an idea for a particular product or a resource to find one?
