Does anyone have a copy of the 1950 edition of ASME SEC VIII. I am told by IHS that only 1949 and 1952 editions exist but I have a drawing and U-1 that state 1950 ASME Code. If it does exist does anyone know where I could obtain a copy?

I have been unable to find a clear definition of the ellipsis found in Table A-1 of ASME B31.3 for many materials. Can anyone explain what it means, as well as a location this definition can be found. I have looked high and low without luck. Thanks in advance.
