Particle size vs. Dispersion

Raw Seawater Injection
Big issue with raw water injection is corrosion. Just as with everything is comes down to economics. CO2 Removal
mmilbury, Removal of CO2 from natural gas usinf NaOH is only possible if you were to convert the CO2 to it's acidic form by for example bubbling it through water to form carbonic acid. Joisy, Don't know much about UltSon flow meters so was interested in your post. However I do know a bit about sand. Do you really have 0.1% sand in your oil? Atmospheric residue filter plugging
Looking at the problem a different way. Have you challenged the need for the filters being sized at 20µm? In the offshore industry we've seen similar situations where inline filters have been over specified and through investigation have been removed or respecified to a higher size.
