I changed the VFD setting U/F setting of VFD to 100%, i am able to drive the pump at 50 Bar.
Before the setting of U/F wass at 30%, Motor stalled when i loaded the pump to 25Bar.
But from torque sensor, it showed high Torque, but the motor current of 15 KW in my workshop was...

You mentioned earlier the total power at 50 Bar is only 2HP.
what is your insight wheb we run in VFD the power BKW is getting quadraticly high ? .

from the pump photo the motor is frame B35, however it was not bolted.
1. How many KW the motor power and RPM .
2. This normally no alignment is done since it is flanged...

The recomennedation for 15 KW from manufacturer is Delta connection.
I also tried star,It has low current when i increases the mechanical load for rated application such as pump pressure, result motor stalled unable to drivs the pump at low pressure.

It has forced cooling fan so throttling it as this is membrane application where need to boost the pressure. The pump is designed for the pressure up to what i throttled.

Issue is my system pressure is throttled not gdnerated by systsm at 51 bar and the motor is overload whixh is not supposed to be.
Littleinch, i managed bring down the pump to my setup system however i am using a different 15 KW motor to test this pump actual power consumption...

Measured it is 38.4 Volt at 10 Hz using ac multimeter.

Yes would do, i measured from incoming, when run on VFD, i did not measure the voltage at outgoing.
Ok would do check on this terminal phased as well.

Can you check the following
1. NPSH margin during the operation
2. Suction Pressure
3. Vibration
4. shaft Alignment
5. Keyway tolerance

We have triplex pump running for sometime with VFD of 20% of 50 HZ
Cat Pump
11 KW 4 Pole motor 400 V
Maximum current 415 V is 20.2 Ampere.
We see the running current at Discharge Pressure of 51 Bar is 20.6 Ampere and at 0 Bar is 11 Ampere.
At 0 Bar to 45 Bar, the motor was running okay...

It is real apllication, most of tbe diesel storage is in underground and located a disfance away from pump room.
operating low pressure, are you referring to low npshr of rotary pump ? .
Assuming the npshr is low, however the suction lift is already 7 to 8 m with ample npsh margin...
With reference to this similar thread, therr was discussion that a pump, pressumed a self priming is able to lift up to 12 m height.

It is temporary setup testing, in actual site, the frame would be filled with epoxy grouting on 4" C channel after alignment and actual pipe is hooked up.

Sorry I did not get your point that I shoupd put the ahim on side at # 5. The 5 is where the shim would support the whole wright of geaebox.
The bolt hole as i said is not symetrical.
I also not getting you 2nd mounting pad is designed in the wrong direction. Which one ?
