I want to create a new button/command that will allow me to pick my target and then able to wave link a body into it, that's just the first part of it, secondly once it's in there, I want it to trim the piece and then delete the trim piece.
I know it will have to use the wave link function...
Wasn't sure how to upload to pictures so here's the second one.http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=3ed7879b-fa37-4a3f-8c6f-732e1d00e279&file=Loading_Top.JPG
How do you update the interlink expressions when cloning, So I cloned out a subassembly with some screws in it, and now when I open my new job with the subassembly I cloned I get what looks like error (see attached picture) and so I go into my subassembly and find the screw and I want to update...
Is there anyway to customize the square when you hold down the right mouse button, I have included a picture for reference.http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=e9dd15e8-8480-4a41-8556-0a885b5e2102&file=NX10_Right_Mouse.jpg
Yeah I know what your talking about the original, I developed a way to make it easier to change position of the csys in the original with no errors, and that is to tie nothing to it. What version of UG did you start on? I started on UG18 just before it was turned into NX.
So your telling me you have to develop a parting line on a part that could be on several angles out in space, I do some very complicated parts and that seems that it would be very difficult to do vs using the original configuration.

I am doing my first project in Mold.v1 and I have a few questions, regarding the CSYS from original to v1 first off when you go through moldwizard in the original and orientate the CSYS and go to parting the CSYS and part reflect what you wanted, now in V1 in parting it does not...
Marcin0110a, You have any custom mold wizard components that you would be willing to share like a cam\slide system? trying to start a library. It would be greatly appreciated.
Ok I have a job I am working on that is two cavities and I use Moldwizard to do my jobs in, molding, then shrink, then it goes to parting, where I split it and create the cavity and core blocks, now here is my question how do you do a two cavity in a single cavity block and still have it use the...
John, I have been digging back through my emails and I found where the IR 726690 has been converted to a PR 7275778 back on 1/23/15, but like I said even with the new MR1 it still wasn't fixed.
John, Yes I believe you are correct, let's say your in the Top assembly and rectangle window around the top clamp plate of a mold base assembly that is in another lower assembly called base assembly, but you only want to hide the TCP, it will pic the entire base, now lets say you are in that...
John, I already summited this to GTAC, but even with the new maintenance package it still isn't fixed, it's a pain to work with, I switched back to NX9.
