Oddly enough, I also just started hearing from them again today. They also responded that they are working to improve their systems of communication, and apologized for the problem. I hope they're on the right track, they have a valuable product.
We have been attempting to contact Enercalc via phone calls, emails, fax, and internet forms for over three months, making many, many attempts. To date we have not received any returned communications, and no one ever answers the phone or emails. Does anyone know if they are still in business...
