Thank you for your reply but NX does not create the file. We can tell if the file is created by the time the message that the system displays saying it is creating the file remains on the screen. It takes some time when the file is created and it is not it disappears almost immediately.

Thanks for all your replies.
We use FreePDF_XP and it works fine, it's just that it's easier to use the NX export function.
It's not a question of loggin in as administrator because the outcome is always the same - no file.
To add to the problem, one of the machines that did not export...
Thanks for your tip, but we are not running NX on dual display machines.
When we try to export to PDF, everything looks fine until the box telling that it's creating de PDF file appears and disappears almost immediately without creating the file.
On our company we have 12 ug licenses mostly running on XP 64 machines and some on XP 32.
On 2 of these machines we can export to PDF, on the others we can not. The configuration of NX is identical on all of them.
Please can Anyone tell me what is the problem
