Compatibility of Ammonia Gas and Loctite Retaining Compound
Hi to all, Thank you for your response. In point of fact the bushing has been pressed into place and as a precaution retaining compound has been added. In respect to enquiring with Loctite, due to being outside of normal office hours (In New Zealand) I elected to enquire with this Engineering...- Friggy

Compatibility of Ammonia Gas and Loctite Retaining Compound
Good day to all. I'm very curious as to what Loctite retaining compond would be suitable for Cast iron bush retention within a Screw compressor operating on Ammonia. Essentially the bush will be supporting the main rotor shaft as I understand it. Any assiatnce gratefully accepted.- Friggy
