Houston, we have a problem.
When a drawing is made of a part, the tapped holes are dimensioned as taped holes (ex. M10)
When the same part is inserted in an assembly and then a drawing is made, the tapped hole are dimensioned as simple holes (ex. Ø10)
even in the assembly itself the tapped...
Just model the bead as an internal part.
I made a material "weld 1", "weld 2" , ... All with appearance black and custom properties.
Sometimes we weld assemblys with different and special alloys and so you can even put them in a table to.

This seems a good solution.
Only problem I have is that the cylinder-assy doesn't move when imported in the main assy.
When opened seperatly it slides. When inserted in another assy, every part stays fixed. I did not put anny mate between piston and cylinder.
