I just read "Practical Guide to ASME B31.3" by Glyn Woods and Roy B. Baguley. In Chapter 3 especially in the section of Allowable Stress Range, it is mention that SA by Equation 1(a)
on ASME B31.3 as "SYSTEM" Allowable Stress and SA by Equation 1(b) as "COMPONENT"...

Yes i am looking this manual just like you and it is very difficult to found it. Well i have only one part of it, it is "Design of Pipe Attachment" part on Subject 3810. So it will be very helpfull if any of Senior here or other can help to give the link or copy of this Design...

Yes i want to do a manual calculation with Kellog Method but i don't have the reference, i only have "Design of piping System" By MW KEllogg and the "Design Manual of Pipe attachment subject 3810" by Kellogg, if this one is what you meant, i don't found about SIF Calculation...
