We just started using NX 11 this morning
I went to Reset the Layout for the Tracking Bar so it does not track my cursor .. and it didn't change anything.
Is there a new way to stop tracking the cursor?

I just started using NX10
I use track cursor while creating curves, I looked under....
Preferences > User Interface > Options > Tracking Bar
Selected the Check box...
But the Tracking Dialog doesn't appear.
Am I missing something

I tried the Missing Blend Reference Edges Journal in NX9 without any luck.
Does it need to be modified for NX9

So...
Layer Settings>
Category Display option selected.
DO NOT select the 'ALL' category
Multiple Categories can then be selected and deleted

I've tried that in 'Layer Settings' ... I can select all Layers, hit delete and nothing happens.
In 'Layer Category' I can only select 1 Category at a time. I've tried Ctrl + Select and Shift + Select.

Hi All,
When modifying a model and for example perhaps a face is replaced to do a trim.
The new trimmed face has a new ID
Further down the model that new face is involved in an existing Offset or Shell that used the previous face... it will not be included in the existing Offset or Shell when...
So when I remove parameters from the 'Enlarge Surface why am I left with 2 bodies in the tree
I use it to increase the size of the existing sheet not wanting to create a new feature. NX8.5 did it.
I don't want to use Trim and Extend because it adds new edges to the sheet.

It isn't always consistent.
I just tried it on a (Sheet) Body that's not associated to anything and it automatically toggle the Edit Sheet on and I cannot turn it of because it becomes greyed out.

Can I control the 'Edit Copy' option in the Enlarge Surface dialog in NX9.
If I'm reading it correctly...
The Help states that by deselecting the Associative Freeform Editing Modelling in preference then deselect 'Edit Copy' in the Dialog I can edit a surface and regardless of whether it is...

Just what I needed.
I don't need to find Datum Planes as any unused ones are shown in the 'Unused Items' list
in Part Navigator.

I've created a simple file in NX9 Native with planes used and unused trimming a block
When I run the journal I don't get an error message but all planes are deleted!!
