    I'm trying to find information on a LD163 Laser Diode I just picked up. It was made by Laser Diode Products Inc. There are a few specs on it... ITH 12A IM 40A Po38W @ 25 degrees C., 904nm. I rather expect it is a pulsed diode... but would like to see if I can find more info... such as average...
