Actually this is the first time I'm dealing with BS&W Analyzer in Desalting Packages. As far as I could find, two different types are available. One measures only the BS&W on-line and salt shall be examined in Lab.
The other one measures salt content online as well as BS&W.

BS&W is usually reffered to volumetic flow percentage of water @ STD condition.
Insoluble water is the total amount of water ( excluding solved portion ) in your crude but in Act. Flow.
Free water is reffered to that portion of water you can seperate in seperators and etc. one...
