You may use FEP film which is clear ( like glass ) and clean ( like PTFE ).
There are several types in the market.

In the chemical- and petrochemical industry they don't use PC because of the stess cracking if in cantact with certain chemicals. In most cases they use glass or PCTFE ( Polychloortrifluorethylene ) and this material is stress relieved and specially designed for sight-glasses.
If you want more...
ptfe filled with polyimide or ekonol do have Food approvals and they can do the job better than virgin PTFE.
Another option is to use a special material like Zedex 100 from Wolf in germany.

Kiran, the 300 kgs weight is too much for the most plastic materials because of the creep so I think a metal tray coated with PTFE, FEP or PFA could do the job.
If you want to see a tray like this please mail me,

GFK stands for Glass reinforced plastic ( in the German language )and most of the time people use this abbreviation for epoxy or polyester with glassfibres ( or glasscloth )

You can use PTFE powder as a antidripping filler just because PTFE is one of the most porous plastics. The best powders are for this reason the types with the highest porosity and a big diameter.
Ask Du Pont ore Dyneon for there specifications.

There are a few options to get a material with the specifications you want, low friction of PTFE and the wear-resistance of UHMPE. Check the properties of ZEDEX 530 from Wolf Kunststoff-Gleitlager in Germany. They do have documentation in English as well further more you can look at the PTFE...
one of the companies I know is UPM in Raamsdonksveer in the netherlands ( Mr. Ed van Gilst ); this cie is a compounder for PTFE / PFA etc.
best regartds,

Chemgrip is a tradename from the old Norton company for etching PTFE. In the brochure they speak about TFE but they mean PTFE.
By the way, a better way to bond PTFE with other materials is etching with Sodium in ammonia.

The best material for this solution you will find on the internet under www.plasticbearings.com from Wolf in germany. Some of these materials are the best I know for lifetime / wearresistance
