I would only consider a condensing furnace (90+% efficient). Also, consider a two stage unit. Sizing the unit... well, that depends on where you are geographically (among other things, such as how well insulated your house is).

Interesting. So, the three typical octane rating that we see 87, 91, & 93... the flash points don't increase respectively for these three??? I assumed the flame speed would be about the same.
This discussion assumes the engine design is constant... maybe and engine designed for 87 octane...

Gas burner is to much???? Heat is heat and there are plenty of options regarding modulating gas heaters. However, for this situation... the electric heat option is probably the easiest to implement.

So you have a continuous source of air that is pressurizing the room to 50 Pa (.2"WC) above atmospheric pressure. Velocity pressure for standard air at .2"WC is about 570 fpm. So... somewhere in that range.
