I'm evaluating an existing mezzanine structure and I'm concerned with some connections whose plate shear connectors I think are too long (drawing attached).
The 2 5/8" length seems to me to long and that considerable torsion deformation can take place.
I can't find references that addresses...

This is happening with my Civil 3D 2008.
Suddenly, the Windows Explorer File Manager window (you know, the window that appears when you select "open" or "save" in the Civil 3D menu -- where you select the file you want to open or the folder you want to save your file in) is not showing anymore...

In Excel you can use the function
=ceiling(number to be rounded-up, unit to be rounded-up to)
Example
=ceiling(344/116.25,0); it rounds-up to 0 or multiples of 0.
