    Yeah, m is for meters, the fluid is water. Its an outdoor pipe. This pipe line is going to be usted for a hydroelectric Power plant. The pressure isnt big, i calculate its around 70 psi. The thermal expansion will be less than 1/2".

    Hi Darthsoilsguy, I am goino to inspect at both, shop and field. The defects that I am interested in are piping porosity, slag inclusions, incomplete fusion an penetration.
