Non-wood Structural Support Cantilevered balcony
Please allow me to expand on the data initially posted: 1. Balcony will be cantilevered out from laminated floor joists set on 16 inch centers 2. Weight bearing walls are constructed of 2X6 Douglas fir 3. Outside walls are brick 4. Average rain fall in the area is 36+ inches per year 5...- PJMO

Non-wood Structural Support Cantilevered balcony
Looking for materials suggestions for a cantilever balcony with dimensions: 42 inches deep by 10 feet long. Construction is in a very wet area, with very high humidity. Wood is not an option.- PJMO
