You dint specify your purpose that is wether u require to to isolate / control / actuate . Since teh fluid is Ammonia which is highly poisonous if inhaled in sufficient qty . You need a leak tight valve .
I suggest u go for Glandless Piston valves .

Turn Down Ratio is more of a process Parameter which is critical to ensure that the process parameters are also met at turn down conditions.
Mostly turn down ratio will indicate the flow parameters . but it is not a neccesity sometime pressure could be a critical turn dowm parameter for which...
PLease specify the purpose of teh valve wether it is isolation or for control of flow . i suppose you should look ffor choke valves . u can go to google search and use Choke Valves as Key word.

Since You have a RTJ Flange that is Ring Type Groove . For 24 Inch Line you cannot consider Slip on Flange .You need to use a WNRTJ Flange i.e. Weld neck RTJ flange as the mating flange .
I suppose for the lower Flange with Formed ends u can go for a Weld neck Flange . i will be interested in...
