My concern is exactly the transportation. I am not realy worried for the Jack itself, the problem is with the pumps and the gauges, They are the ones that are not realy robust. At least the ones that they intend to use are not.

So when requested he provided a calibration certificates for the posts tensioning equipment. The problem is that the calibration has been done 4 weekes ago before the Equipment being shipped half...

This will simply prevent you from been able to inspect them later.

Try the USACE.
They have a pretty good one for the lateral pile resistance.
Used mathcad to calculate the springs and the results from SAP matched exactly those from MPILE.
