Patran -> Abaqus input file translation problems
I'm using MSC.Patran 2005 as preprocessor and Abaqus 6.5 as solver (on Windows XP). My problem is that Patran generates Abaqus input files (.inp) with errors. I work with MSC.Patran 2005 and and MD Nastran as a solver on Windows XP. Can anybody tell me how to specify/change the output directory in Patran for jobs submitted to Nastran (.f06, .bdf, .xdb files). In my case it's always written to ~\MSC.Patran\bin.
