Hmm... Well, I can't change the quantity or distance values of the pattern to anything other then a number. So unfortunately that seems to be limiting me to what I can do. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or what else I can do. Thanks, Jr-

Just a linear pattern. I basically just want want to set the pattern qty value with an equation.

I am trying to make an equation to drive a quantity of a pattern so I can just adjust a qty and then the height will modify accordingly. Is there any way to use an equation for a qty of a pattern? Help is appriciated. Thanks, Jr-

ok, I got all that set up in my "part" and my "template" but every time i try to click the "link" button to link the text to the property in the File -> Properties dialog box it crashes on me. Was i supposed to set the property value to e.g. $PRP:"prop1" in the "template"? I set the "part"...
