    Kresimir, I think that all posts are just about chemical compouds that could provide the foulling, and concerns about chemical cleanings, but, in fact, you should have all your tubes not clogged to permit the chemicals flow. Have you even think of mechanical cleaning? Luiz Souza Brazil

    Dear Fellows, In my country, Brazil, the use of sand for blasting was forbbiden many years ago.Instead of it we're using cooper slag due to competitive price. I think to myself, was not cooper slag as dangerous as sand to our health? Does anyone has some information about?

    Also Thanks, mshimko, But, what kind of non-metallic plugs? It's easier to have on hand CS to produce the plugs, concern to non-metallic, we should keep it as parts.

    Luis, Let's suppose your tube is 3/4" O.D., 20' long, depends of the hardness of the coke you've to use a drill and after you've broke the mechanicall resistance it'll gonna 4-5 hr a tube.For full cleaning you need to hydroblasting too. Hope it helps. Luiz Souza Brazil
