    Nevermind, thanks for the help though. i'm just going to go with their higher voltage diode. the circuit is a 3 freq pulse width modulator for an electrolyzer.

    Voltage is std vehicle voltage, so not more than 14.4. but it is the current that is really necessary and the same shape/size since the board is already designed, just need that one part to put in. thanks
