Hmm, I tried both ways, but for some reason, I couldn't get them to work for me. I finally opened the DWG file in draft and just copied the drawing profile and pasted it into the reference frame for protrusion in the part function. Seems to work this way. Thanks for the helpful advice!

I have a sheet metal part with a few bends that I would like to have reinforced with offset bracing stamped into the bends. Essentially, it would be like taking a wide and flat tool and offsetting the material perpendicular to the bend. Is there a simple way to model this?
