    thanks Bill, I'm familiar with the workings for kanban, but as you can see there a downward trend is the total numbers. My concern how you setup quantities so that when you have a spike in demand it does not creat stockout, at the same time not inflate you component inventory?.

    Hi, Just wondering if there was some typical form that are used while selling unused equipment from the plant.Some equipment are definitely unsafe to use, which was clearly conveyed to the surplus buyer, but I want to make sure that we are covered on our end.

    we have a Trumpf punch and are pleased with its performance, from looking at our production volume I'm not sure if I can justify a new trumpf laser as opposed to an amada pulsar or mits.
