Polycarbonates and food storage
Hello there A may be able to help but I would need a little more info as to what type of food to be stored, solid, liquid, or if to be ambient temp, chilled, frozen, etc. we use polycarbonates in the baking industry. Regards pilsbury- Pilsbury
