Were the pylon vertical PT rods installed through the deck? Photos of No.11 and 12 node appear to show the PVC pipes extend above the deck indicating the PT extension bar, PT back plate, and nut have not been installed.
Dwg B-46 and B-47 show four 4" ID reinforcement sleeves for 1-3/8" PT bars...

At 8:53 AM, westbound travel appears to show worker on south end canopy. No "apparent" north deck blemishes or cracks---video is fuzzy somewhat.
At 9:39 AM, eastbound travel shows crane setting up, maybe the man lift...
In the attached utube video posted today, there may be a crack, or a construction wire/cable, several feet south of where #9 and #10 connect to the lower deck. The crack or wire appears to past through, or over, the floor drain.
