    Tantalum Testing- standards

    I am having trouble obtaining reference materials containing tantalum with certified values. I am working on setting-up calibration curves on an optical emission spectrometer to test PH 17-4 materials. Does anyone know where I could obtain CRM's with certified Ta values for this purpose?
