I can import any loads generated in cosmosmotion to cosmosworks , Except impact loads .
Anyone can help me to do this ?

I have used geometryworks for some houres.
It's very powerful in making surfaces , but you HAVE TO pay too much houres to learn and use it , It has a 950 pages manual, and so it will be time consumer.
An experience which I hved obtained befor is that Geometryworks is NOT fully integrated in SW ...

So my suggestion maybe useful or maybe not.
Cosmosfloworks is a design based CFD software , so you can't get exact solution from it . It just solve problems with some considerations and this will result a good rough estimation.

you can use camworks or solidcam.
We are using solidcam2005 now , but we have used camworks2003 before.
In comparsion of these two software I can tell you that Camworks is more fetured base and similar two solidworks in making CAM features and so it's easier rather than solidcam.

I know mastercam , but it hasn't a good interface for use.
I was useing it before , but because I want just 2d machining now , I prefer to use another.
Mastercam 10 , has very very better interface , but it has some bugs which I dont risk to use that.

I know that changing toolbox directories has no relations to creating a project !
You can add the directories you need , manually.
Go to vault folder\pdmrcd\global.? (I don't remember the extention) , open it , you will find out the toolbox folders and the directories assigned to.

I have some bad errors in this case.
I have reused some sketches in different features which supperesed or unsuperessed in configurations.
BUT when I load a configuration, it loads its own features plus reused sketches in other features which arn't belong to this config, so other features going...
We know we can use a computer for a just one vault because we can start one pdmsevice per a computer.
We had to use one computer for 3 different group in our company (because of backing up process), and then we installed a pdmserver on one computer in each group and addressed a shared folder...
One more thing jack I prefer to say.
Our company make some models in sw to use them in some FEM fields, for example we made an engine block model which growed up exponentially in size up to 180 MB just for a part model !!!
