    Material selection question

Good suggestions and comments so far. Here is another. Solvay has a PPA (Polyphthalamide) semi-crystalline resin called Amodel that is injection moldable. With respect to the moisture absorption issue, I agree with many of the other posts that it is probably not as significant as you think...

Portable moisture meter for plastic granulates - Where?

How portable are you talking about? Arizona Instruments (Tempe, AZ) has a small tabletop unit that is excellent. I have used them for years. Mike Glynn 763-428-6180

Best Method, glue? weld? What material, pp? pe? abs? Opinions needed.

rates of injection moulding machines, world-wide

Hyva paiva, Machine rates in the US are going to vary depending on location and type of process. I'd say from 40-75/hr. Mike Glynn 763-428-6180

    Blow molding TPU

What kind of questions do you have? TPU's for blowmolding are frequently used for bellows and boots in the automotive industry. In medical applications, they can be used for passive suction bulbs. What durometer and wall sections are you looking at? Mike Glynn 763-428-6180
