    I have a experience about overlay on superduplex as 5A or 6A. We have used a qualified process with a first lay of inconel and stellite on this lay of inconel. In the same time , it seems that some other manufacturers have not particulary problem to use directly sellite 12 or 6 on duplex. Jluc.

    What are the controls to detect the sigma phase in a DUPLEX-SUPERDUPLEX cast casing with different thicknesses. You can have good mechanical results and big problem during and after machining even if,the liquid penetrant test is ok before machining! Thank you for your help.
